During the occasion of  18th I.T.F International Tae Kwon-Do championship between Afghanistan, Malaysia, Pakistan and Germany on 25th, 26th December, 1996 in Karachi Pakistan.  I.T.F T.K.D of Afghanistan team won the first position with 9 Gold medals
