From a young tender age of 8, Karimdad Shirzai was ingrained into the skill of the martial arts, a family tradition that had been handed down from generations. Being a weak and delicate child by birth, this training helped build up his health and subsequently his career in Tae Kwon-Do.

Karimdad Shirzai has been practicing Tae Kwon-DO under the auspices of Hed Mohammad Shirzai since 1988. Karim Shirzai has received has black belt in May 5th 1995.

On 25th, 26th and 27th November 1996, Karim Shirzai participated for the first time in the International championship and he got the first position in his weight

His appointment by the Afghanistan National Tae Kwon-Do Association this year (2002) to develop and design the first web site for the Afghanistan National Tae Kwon-Do Association and it was accepted by the Hed Mohammad Shirzai president of all Afghanistan National Tae Kwon-Do Association.

My beloved Sir, it is with deep love and respect, that I thank you for giving me to develop and design this web site and my personality molded and shaped by you, and you are the respectful trainer for me. Since I have got the black belt I have always held the greatest admiration and affection for you, but I never had the opportunity to express them. This web site has given me the chance.
